  • 1/2/12:¬† No bootcamp today; however did a make-up at home – Modified 10 minute challenge x 3.¬† Here is what I did (20 sec on / 10 sec off and 1 minute rest after each round of 10):¬† Monster Walks, Cowboy Walks, Tricep Press, Low Plank, Bridge to Chest Press, DB Sit-ups, Bridges, Bicep Curls, Monster Walks and Cowboy Walks.¬† And I’ve started the year with 10 lbs weights!
